BRIEF HISTORY
Lakeside Auto Body was started by Marsh Nash in 1947 after returning from service in the US Armed Forces. During the past 60 plus years, the company has expanded into new facilities 4 times, the latest being its move to the Totem Lake area of Kirkland. The Kirkland location is a 25,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility with more than 20 employees.
In 1980, Tim Pugmire purchased the company with his brother. For the past 30 years, Lakeside Collision has been a pioneer in the field of auto body repair, including being the first body shop on the Eastside to introduce dedicated and laser unibody frame repair equipment, polyurethane paint finishes and heated, downdraft paint booths.
For the past five years, Lakeside Collision has continued its pioneering by creating new processes to reduce the time it takes to get customers back into their cars.
